Albertsons Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales to partner with the tier Director on strategy and to enable a best-in-class sales team.
You will coach the team to deliver data-driven plans, manage forecast accuracy, and drive account penetration while advocating for the Voice of the Customer to enhance the Retail Media offering. The role requires leadership experience in Sales/Media/Retail, with responsibilities spanning revenue targets, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Sr. Manager, Sales works in lockstep with their tier Director on team strategy and process to develop a best-in‑class sales team. The Sr. Manager will work to enable the sales team to focus on demand generation and account penetration. The Sr. Manager is responsible for coaching the sales team to deliver strategic, data‑driven plans to clients while also tracking important sales metrics such as deal slippage, win rate, and more. They will advocate across the organization for the Voice of the Customer to help strengthen the Retail Media offering and allow The Collective to be a trusted media partner in the industry.
The position is in office 2 days per week and will be based in (Pleasanton CA, Fullerton CA, Boise ID, Itasca IL, NYC)
