Responsibilities

• Provide client support for FAs/PWAs/teams, handling inbound/outbound calls and inquiries.
• Execute money movements and relay account balances and positions to clients.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required documentation.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization) and assist with meetings.
• Assist with research, portfolio data, and materials for client meetings.
• Support marketing efforts and coordinate scheduling with logistics.
