Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Client Relationship & Marketing Coordinator to join a small, established financial planning practice. You will build client relationships, coordinate appreciation events, and lead communications across newsletters, invitations, and campaigns.

You will manage Salesforce CRM, dashboards, and marketing tools, track goals and opportunities, and coordinate print and digital materials with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and coordinate the thoughtful touches that make their experience with our practice special.

• Track annual goals, prospective clients and new-business opportunities and provide meaningful updates to leadership. Review reports and results, recognize trends and help identify appropriate next steps.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items and outside vendors.
• Take ideas, figure out how to make them happen and follow them through to completion.

Compensation

Starting compensation is generally expected to be in the upper$30,000s to lower $40,000s, with flexibility for the right candidate based on experience, skills and overall fit.
