Client Relationship Manager & Financial Planner
Full-time, In-office position
As a valued team member of Fiduciary Family Office, the Relationship Manager position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will have several years of previous experience in this specific financial planner role, and the ability to take initiative in an organized, thoughtful approach. The position requires analytical, pro‑active problem‑solving skills with an attention to detail and a service excellence mindset. This is a support role for the business development team, therefore, NOT a sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced/Expert in Microsoft Excel and Word, and proficient in other Microsoft Office Programs
- High proficiency in eMoney Advisor, Morningstar Advisor, Black Diamond/Advent
- Strong knowledge of all types of investment vehicles and implementing asset allocation recommendations
- Experience with Charles Schwab custodial paperwork
- Prepare for client meetings having attention to detail on all items involved in the preparation
- Point of contact for client requests
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to multi‑task
- Proactive preparation of client deliverables including but not limited to financial statements, reconciliations, performance reports, financial plans, legacy books, and other customized presentations
- Actively engage in preparation of client meetings, provide recommendations and feedback relative to the client’s financial plan as appropriate

Experience and Education:
- Certified Financial Planner™ Designation or CPA preferred
- A bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years related same work experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of investments and financial industry
Hours:
- This is a full-time in‑office position with hours from 8:30AM – 5:30PM, with an understanding that there may need to be flexibility based on client, advisor, and/or management needs
