The Role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role requires prior recruiting and client relationship management experience and will be critical in ensuring our clients’ success, growth, and satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, monitor account health, and partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Monitor client health, satisfaction, and performance metrics to ensure success.

  • Maintain a consistently high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities across service lines.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and the Recruiting Manager to ensure fulfillment of client needs.

  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues with support from leadership.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and account growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.

  • 2+ years in client relationship management.

  • Experience managing both large and small accounts.

  • Experience in the skilled trades industry highly preferred

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to build reports and use multiple systems (ATS, CRM, reporting tools).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a metrics-driven environment, monitoring KPIs such as NPS, client retention, and upsell conversion.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000.

  • On-target earnings: $120,000+.

The compensation for this position is expected to be $80,000 per year. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
