Job summary

Ernest is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who thrives in outside sales. This role covers a local Fontana, CA territory with a hybrid work setup—field, remote, and office—where you will prospect, pitch, and open new accounts.

You’ll own and grow your book of business, earn uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a car allowance, and build lasting partnerships by offering packaging, automation, and safety solutions.

This is outside sales with serious upside. You’ll prospect, pitch, and open new accounts and then own and grow them. You’ll keep earningresidual income from every account you bring in. That’s right, forever.

What You’ll Do
