Client Relationship Manager — St. Paul, MN | $60,000 Base + 10% Monthly Commissions. Schedule: Fully Onsite | Monday–Friday | Local Travel to Client Sites.

Overview

They’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen customer partnerships, drive sales growth, and support the company’s continued expansion in the U.S. market. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on cultivating relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell food distribution products to new and existing accounts

  • Conduct client needs analyses to recommend tailored international food solutions

  • Use reporting tools like Tableau to identify trends and maximize growth potential

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals

  • Build and nurture strong business relationships across diverse ethnic and mainstream markets

  • Execute outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to expand the client base

  • Ensure merchandising standards and planogram compliance in mainstream accounts

  • Address customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

  • Share competitive insights, customer feedback, and new product opportunities with leadership

What You’ll Bring
