Arvest Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to assist in servicing clients and strengthening relationships. You will act as a liaison between the Client Advisor and client, handling inquiries, scheduling, and documentation.
The role requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer service excellence. A high school diploma and administrative experience are required, with Google Workspace as a preferred tool.
Pay is based on a number of factors including the successful candidate’s job‑related knowledge and skills, qualifications, and prior experience. Position is located at 405 S Walton Blvd in Bentonville, Arkansas
Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator
The primary responsibility of a Client Relationship Coordinator is to assist in the servicing of clients’ needs while strengthening client relationships. The Client Relationship Associate acts as the liaison between the Client Advisor and client and therefore, must have the ability to listen, communicate, multitask, understand, and assist in providing solutions for our client’s needs.
