Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
  2. Assess customer needs, educate on banking products, and recommend tailored solutions.
  3. Proactively reach out to clients, ask questions, and learn about their financial goals.
  4. Maintain knowledge of banking products, including digital services.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, process transactions, and open accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
