Job summary

Bank of America in Moorpark, California is seeking a frontline Client Service role to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and process transactions accurately and securely.

• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
• Build relationships to meet financial needs and connect clients to solutions.
• Follow processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, outbound calls; drive client experience and cash handling.
