Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or sales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to identify financial needs and promote bank products.
• Guide clients through deposit and loan options, assist with openings.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ goals.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, and private banking services.
• Maintain high-quality client experience and support teller line when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management.
