You will open accounts, explain products, and coordinate with partners to deliver comprehensive financial wellness strategies. Strong communication, integrity, and teamwork are essential in this client-focused role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing current and new client relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
• Comfortable networking with small business clients and leveraging centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial wellness recommendations based on client conversations.
• Open personal and business accounts and explain related products.
• Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcomes goals.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and proper documentation.
• Assist with Teller transactions and support branch operations as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
• Uphold KeyBank policies and conduct in client interactions.
