Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Registered Client Relationship Analyst in the United States to provide exceptional client service and daily support for Financial Advisors and teams. The role focuses on building trusted relationships and handling everyday client needs.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, supporting client accounts and digital tools onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts and balances.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
• Assist with research relating to investment portfolio holdings and preparing client meeting materials.
• Assist with marketing strategies and website maintenance.
• Manage calendars and travel itineraries, and prepare expense reports.
