Qualifications

• Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of products and solutions.
• One year of sales experience in salary plus incentive environment with individual goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's or relevant associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follow processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank.
• Grow knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage center traffic, appointments and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
