Job summary

Bank of America in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options (ATM, online banking, mobile banking), and process transactions accurately.

This role emphasizes building client relationships, following laws and bank policies, handling cash, managing center traffic and calls, and supporting a culture of service; weekend/extended hours may be required; base pay range is $25.00-$26.77 hourly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or business-related Associate’s degree acceptable with relevant experience
• Experience in financial services or knowledge of financial products is a plus
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank’s risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grows business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drives the client experience
• Manages cash responsibilities
