Top Dog Recruiting's client in wealth management seeks a Client Relationship Manager in Melville, NY to build and maintain client relationships, support financial advisors, and enhance the client experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wealth management or financial services, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, event planning experience, and relevant licenses such as Series 7/63/65/66 or Notary Public.

$75,000+ Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Our client is a private investment firm and seeks a Client Relationship Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven, highly organized professional with experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, accounting, or a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support financial advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Coordinate client seminars, networking events, and educational workshops
• Assist with LinkedIn, social media, and marketing initiatives
• Manage CRM records, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For:
