The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and supporting financial advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will coordinate client seminars, networking events, and educational workshops, assist with LinkedIn and marketing initiatives, and manage CRM records and day-to-day operations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Event planning and marketing experience are a plus.
• Series 7, 63/65/66, or Notary Public credentials are a plus.

$75,000+ Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Our client is a private investment firm and seeks a Client Relationship Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven, highly organized professional with experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, accounting, or a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support financial advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Coordinate client seminars, networking events, and educational workshops
• Assist with LinkedIn, social media, and marketing initiatives
• Manage CRM records, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For:
