The annual salary range for this position is $57,000 - $62,000.

The Role
Guidant Financial seeks a remote Client Relations Specialist to support the Bookkeeping and Tax Services department. This role involves moderate autonomy, managing client communications, workflows, and processing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead communication with clients, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process questions.
- Manage and resolve client escalations using customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions.
- Explain and prepare add-on billing charges.
- Process client terminations.
- Provide high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse client portfolio.
- Understand client business models to support products, processes, and relations.
- Advise on client communication best practices.
Additional Functions
- Support onboarding, maintenance, and tax teams via phone or email.
- Contribute to department and team projects.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online; certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment.
- 3 years of client servicing experience with small business owners.
- Understanding of small business accounting and tax services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills in problem solving, process improvement, critical thinking, and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.
