Responsibilities

• Organize calendars and ensure Consultants stay on track with tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with prospecting, letters, and supportive materials.
• Back up other office staff and aid in training new employees.
• Maintain client data in proprietary systems and create reports.
• Monitor market trends, margin calls, and liaise with lenders.
• Plan events, presentations, and client meetings.
• Prepare client reports and year-end tax projections when needed.
