Job summary

Carolina Estate Planning is seeking an outgoing Client Liaison to serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring they are informed, supported, and cared for throughout their relationship with our firm.

You will spend much of your day speaking with clients, checking in on their experience, and coordinating solutions, while following our policies and systems to keep client information organized and secure. This remote/hybrid role offers flexibility and meaningful client impact.

• Comfort coordinating client solutions and documenting details.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a smooth, informed, and cared-for experience.
