Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role building relationships.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or client relations.
• Strong phone and communication skills; comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office; ability to work 9–5 with occasional early-morning/evening events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm's seminar program, filling rooms and confirming guests.
• Set up each event and begin relationships advisors can finish.
• Support client onboarding, Redtail, and related firm projects between events.
• Grow the seminar calendar to generate new business.
