Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Lisle, IL is seeking Registered Client Relationship Analysts to provide exceptional client service and support Financial Advisors daily. The role builds trusted relationships through client interaction and helps with account maintenance, money movements, and education on digital tools.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), FINRA licenses, strong MS Office skills, and 2+ years of industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 7/66 or Series 63/65.
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team, supporting client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by client/FA/PWA/team.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MS Online, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
• Assist with research and materials for client meetings using firm-approved systems.
