What We Do

Acts as the primary interface between the company and clients, monitoring client transactions from order placement through recording, policy, and billing to ensure a positive experience. Focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, operations, and sales. Identifies potential business opportunities and works with client management, sales, and operations to prioritize and integrate those opportunities into the account plan.

What You'll Do
  1. Maintain consistent contact to ensure the client is informed of all aspects of their business.
  2. Establish and facilitate regular calls to review volume, service levels, process changes, and issues.
  3. Prepare agendas and document discussions prior to calls.
  4. Maintain documentation on client organization, interaction history, and process changes.
  5. Travel to client locations as needed and accompany sales and operations.
  6. Observe client operations firsthand and update workflows accordingly.
  7. Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and performance.
  8. Create Action Plans for recurring issues and follow up on resolutions.
  9. Document client concerns and report as required.
  10. Meet with clients and internal teams to understand needs for new business.
  11. Monitor reports to ensure process accuracy.
  12. Schedule and review client-specific reports and notifications.
  13. Prepare weekly summaries of issues, root causes, and resolutions.

Pay Range: $62,700 - $83,600 annually. This range is an estimate and may vary based on various factors.
