You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, supporting daily operations and customer success, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
