Position Summary

As a Client Relations Executive (CRE), you are responsible for selling CVS Specialty pharmacy services within the Hemophilia segment. In this role, you will interact with the state chapters, support groups, treatment centers, Providers, nurses, and customers as a representative for the Hemophilia sales team. Your success is measured through retention of current business and increasing revenue through new patients and customers. The Client Relations Executive has to establish and maintain the ability to access medical offices to ensure that consistent pharmacy services are in place to support hemophilia prescriptions and new referrals to CVS Specialty pharmacy.

As a Client Relations Executive, you utilize effective communication skills, compassion, and customer service to build relationships with clients. You will work closely with your patients to provide them hemophilia services. You will be responsible for developing the strategies to retain business with your customers by attending camps, trade shows, and other events to increase awareness of CVS Specialty and our hemophilia services to gain customers. Candidates should be flexible for travel up to 75% as this is a road warrior position with extensive windshield time. You must be willing to travel evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. This role will be responsible for covering the New York and New Jersey territory.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience managing internal and external relationships
  • 2+ years budget management experience
  • Candidates MUST reside in the New York or New Jersey territory for which they will be responsible
  • Ability to access Bleeding Disorder medical offices to act as a liaison between prescribers and our dispensing pharmacies
  • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and a personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the travel requirement
  • Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing and therapy strategy partners
  • High level of independent judgment and initiative required
  • Deep understanding of our business and customers is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Superior influencing, communication and writing skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with teams and independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills required, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior internal and external leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Bleeding Disorders, pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy or related experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in hemophilia or specialty pharmacy sales is required.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: $60,400.00 - $126,600.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
