Job summary

Connect Pediatrics is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop and manage relationships with referral sources and case managers across Texas. The role involves visiting clinics, hospitals, and therapy centers to promote our pediatric nursing and therapy services.

You will collaborate with the office team to onboard new patients, maintain CRM records, and nurture long-term partnerships to sustain patient pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Business office management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources, including pediatric clinics, ABA centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
• Regularly visit referral sources to promote Connect Pediatrics' nursing and therapy services (ST, OT, PT).
• Collaborate with the internal office team to ensure the smooth onboarding of new patients and communication between referral sources and office staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for case managers, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing referral sources and case managers to maintain a steady pipeline of patients.
• Monitor and track referral trends and provide feedback to leadership to optimize growth strategies.
• Represent Connect Pediatrics at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to build brand awareness and expand the referral base.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets for private duty nursing and therapy services.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, patient onboarding, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
• Manage and foster nurse and client relationships.
