Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to lead client engagements during implementation, transferring knowledge on best practices and the Motility product suite.

You will evaluate client needs, configure solutions, train users, and coordinate with leadership to keep projects aligned with client goals, traveling up to 80% including Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, travel to Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

In this role you are the main point of contact for the client during the implementation stage, helping them solve their pain points to grow their business. As a Client Project Implementation Consultant, you must be able to effectively transfer knowledge to users on good practices and the functional and technical aspects of the Motility suite of products.
