Pace® in Peoria, IL is seeking a part-time Client Project Coordinator 1 to provide administrative and coordination support to our Project Management team onsite. This role supports intake, setup, and execution of client work in a collaborative, safety-forward environment.
You will liaise between project management and sample receiving, schedule orders, review dashboards, and assist with budgets, timelines, and compliance as needed.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00 per hour. The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Market conditions, budgetary considerations, and organizational compensation guidelines may also influence the final offer.

Join us as a Client Project Coordinator, where you’ll provide critical administrative and coordination support to our Project Management team. In this on-site role, you’ll act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.
