Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Client Program Coordinator to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, Anchorage, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Richmond, Washington D.C., or New York offices.
This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely within a reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices.
The role involves providing high-level support to client program teams, overseeing matter management, process organization, and acting as a liaison among clients, the firm's timekeepers, and interoffice departments. Responsibilities include conflict checks, maintaining knowledge resources, and developing creative solutions for business opportunities. The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and possess strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, managing multiple assignments efficiently. Billing clients for certain activities as directed by your manager is also required.

On a typical day you will:
Service Delivery: The Client Experience Team enhances traditional legal services through proactive communication, reporting, and strategic client satisfaction initiatives. The Coordinator is expected to:
- Collaborate with lawyers and staff to meet service expectations and resolve specific issues or opportunities, ensuring excellent, differentiated service
- Assist legal teams and departments in driving service innovation for efficiency and profitability, including evaluating and implementing new technologies and process improvements
- Learn new tools (e.g., legal project management, data visualization, document automation) to create efficiencies and add value
- Support onboarding and integration of new personnel to meet client needs
- Billable activities related to service delivery and project management will be performed as directed by your manager
Project Management: The team manages numerous requests affecting legal and client operations, requiring effective time and resource management. The Coordinator will:
- Serve as a point of contact for requests, conflict checks, and work routing
- Maintain and update client-facing matter management sites
- Track and report on project plans and deliverables for client leadership
- Implement project frameworks to monitor progress and scope adherence
Join us if you have:- At least 1 year of experience in legal or related services industry
- A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail and minimal supervision
- Team-oriented, service-focused mindset, and ability to remain calm under stress
- Problem-solving skills focused on solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Quick, independent learner of new technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, HighQ, Azure DevOps, SharePoint is preferred
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Salary Ranges by Location:
Washington State: $62,000–$68,000; California: Los Angeles $62,000–$71,000; San Francisco $73,000–$78,000; New York: $73,000–$80,000; District of Columbia: $66,000–$73,000. Actual pay varies based on experience and other factors. Benefits include bonuses, insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary programs.
