Our people are at the very core of our success. Invesco employees get more out of life through our comprehensive compensation and benefit offerings including:
The Investments, Strategy & Development team is a fully integrated team of Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) created to support and service our investment capabilities across diversified channels and regions. The team’s purpose is to maximize franchise value through best-in-class product client advocacy and partnership with portfolio management and distribution teams.
The Client Portfolio Analyst (CPA) supports the Client Portfolio Management team covering the Global Core and Global High Yield investment capabilities. The role spans both institutional and retail distribution channels and combines investment expertise, content development, client support, competitive analysis, and cross functional-coordination.
The CPA will work closely with Client Portfolio Managers and portfolio management teams to develop customized client and prospect materials that reflect current market dynamics, portfolio positioning, performance attribution, and the competitive landscape, coordinating with investment teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role will also support client meetings through pre-meeting preparation, presentation development, and post-meeting follow-up.
The CPA will also be tasked with building strong relationships with product, legal, compliance, RFP, marketing and other departments to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with business priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple and often conflicting deadlines, think creatively about product evolution and to be able to re-focus quickly as business needs evolve.
Because the Client Portfolio Analyst acts as an extension of the client portfolio management team, this individual must have a strong understanding of financial markets and be regarded as a credible internal spokesperson from both a fundamental analysis and macro-economic perspective.
The result is a multifaceted, dynamic, and challenging role that demands highly developed skills in communications, relationship building, business acumen and analytics. We hire highly engaged, confident individuals who are persistently curious, are committed to consistently delivering high-quality work and continually strive to improve themselves and their environment.
The Client Portfolio Analyst will work as an integrated member of the Client Portfolio Management team, supporting a range of investment strategies across both retail and institutional distribution channels. The individual will partner closely with portfolio managers, distribution teams, client service, product management, marketing, legal, and compliance to drive commercial success.
Know the competitive landscape/peer group; stay current on market trends and competitive developments in all relevant distribution channels. Be able to clearly articulate what differentiates our products from the competition.
