Job summary

Aspirion seeks a Client Performance Coordinator to support client reporting, track requests, and maintain operational data. You will work across Operations, Client Success, and Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery of deliverables.

In this role, you will help standardize processes, improve workflows, and uphold HIPAA compliance while delivering client-ready work products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, client services, operations support, or related field.
  • Experience supporting reporting, client deliverables, or operational workflows.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete recurring client reports, including acknowledgment, closure, reconciliation, and ad hoc requests.
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute client-facing spreadsheets and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain reporting schedules and ensure timely delivery of all client commitments.
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting activities and data validation.
  • Create and maintain payer escalation and rebill tracking spreadsheets, as needed.
  • Review client systems to verify completion of requested actions and route accounts for appropriate follow-up, as needed.
  • Support payment reviews and reconciliation activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Client Success, Revenue Cycle teams, and other departments to gather information and complete client requests.
  • Track incoming client requests and ensure timely completion and communication.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, new business templates, client note maintenance, and documentation updates.
  • Maintain current information and resources within internal knowledge management platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, and client deliverables.
  • Assist in analyzing trends and recurring client issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all work products meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements.
  • Produce professional, accurate, and client-ready work products.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and special projects as assigned.

About the Role

The Client Performance Coordinator supports client performance activities by coordinating reporting, tracking client requests, maintaining operational data, and ensuring timely completion of client deliverables.


Operating within a cross-functional, performance-driven model, this role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Client Success, and Client Performance teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient follow-up, and exceptional client service. This position is responsible for managing recurring deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting initiatives that drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.
