Ethos Veterinary Health in Santa Barbara is seeking a Client Patient Liaison – Surgery to join our AVS Surgery team. This full-time, non-clinical role focuses on coordinating the client experience from consultation through post-operative follow-up, acting as the main contact between pet owners and the clinical team.
You will manage scheduling, review estimates, assist with billing and pet insurance questions, maintain EMR documentation, and deliver compassionate service in a fast-paced specialty
$21.00–$25.00/hour (DOE)
$4.00/hr differential for any hours worked between 6pm-6am
$2.00/hr weekend differential
