Job summary

Its Plein Air Agency LLC is a fully remote marketing consultancy specializing in restaurant and hospitality solutions. We seek a Client Partner who owns client relationships and ensures projects align with client vision while balancing coordination and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities include leading client project meetings, coordinating workflow, overseeing QA, improving production speed, and ensuring strong UX/UI briefs. Experience in tech-client roles and API integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles within tech.
• Bonus if working with API integrations (OlO, Personica, Yext, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client project meetings and own planning, workflow coordination and project plans.
• Operationalize project plans and share outputs for easy team reference.
• Own client QA process and ensure websites meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Align with product delivery to improve speed to launch and meet deadlines.
• Ensure clear UX/UI through detailed briefs and involvement in reviews.
• Manage content inputs and assist with menus/navigation and 3rd party data.
• Interpret client feedback and route requests accordingly.
• Participate in weekly allocation and roadmap meetings with teams.
• Contribute to methodologies and best practices for digital production.
