Job summary

Aleph is seeking a results-oriented Sales professional to own a portfolio of small and mid-sized advertisers in South Africa. This is a hunter-first role with account management responsibilities, focused on revenue growth across partner platforms.

You will engage clients, run workshops, deliver campaigns, and drive upsells while coordinating with Ad Ops, Finance, and Salesforce processes to ensure streamlined delivery and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Revenue and growth: deliver quarterly portfolio target and achieve 100% of plan.
• Account management: hold regular client/agency meetings and workshops.
• Product and client knowledge: build deep knowledge of client business and partner platforms.
• Administration and Ad Ops: execute trafficking, IOs, accounts, funds and access.
• Salesforce and sales hygiene: log activities, maintain pipeline, forecast within target.
