Job Description
Client Partner at Horizontal Digital, remote in the United States. Requires at least a Bachelor Degree. This is a Sales role within the Sales field.
Responsibilities
- Directly lead and manage a portfolio of multiple accounts, typically $6-10M
- Build advisory relationships that result in reputation and revenue growth
- Network within client organizations to create, own and expand senior and executive relationships
- Navigate the complexities of large organizations
- Conduct and create opportunities for advisory conversations through executive presence, persuasive content and business insights
- Own the 360-degree view of clients (organization, remit, reporting structure, goals, financing)
- Lead client mapping activities, ensuring client relationships are nurtured with the ideal personnel from Horizontal
- Foster internal focus on clients\' business, experience, technology and brand goals
- Lead the onboarding of Horizontal to clients and clients to Horizontal, including project kickoff and transition to delivery leadership
- Drive organic growth and ensure account-level profitability:
- Author and execute a 12-18-month strategic plan for each account to expand Horizontal\'s footprint
- Build stewardship with clients as their strategic consultant to ensure profitable YoY growth
- Manage quarterly revenue, reflect and forecast opportunities, and uphold annual commitments
- Lead scope definition across multiple complex client accounts, shaping ambiguous asks into proposals and contracts with mutually beneficial outcomes
- Maintain knowledge of Horizontal service offerings to enable cross-selling
- Establish relationships with platform representatives (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce, etc.)

What you bring
- Exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience growing key and growth clients, of $6M+
- Ability to define and drive strategic vision and create consensus to drive outcomes
- Strong leadership and communication skills for meetings and presentations with senior clients; ability to inspire and build consensus internally
- Experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, Core) and Sitecore and/or other composable DXP preferred
- Strong financial acumen: forecasting and revenue management
- Bachelor\'s degree and minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy or digital product development environment
