24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to support the client operations lifecycle, from authorization intake through billing and case resolution. The Client Operations Coordinator supports accurate and timely work across the client operations lifecycle, from authorization intake and service delivery through billing, payment, and case resolution. This role helps ensure authorizations and service hours are processed accurately, discrepancies are resolved, and clients and caregivers experience uninterrupted service.
Coordinators are trained across Client Operations functions and assigned to a specific area based on business needs, with the expectation that they develop working knowledge of the full client lifecycle and can support multiple functions as departmental needs evolve.
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:
