Campaign & Media Coordinator
As a Campaign & Media Coordinator, you'll support both the execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. You’ll assist in managing campaign documentation, financial tracking, and internal processes, while also playing a hands-on role in helping monitor and analyze paid media performance. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with campaign managers, media buyers, and operations leads to ensure campaigns are compliant, efficient, and results-driven.
What You Will Do
Operations Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing campaign contracts and transactions for accuracy in payment terms and expected margins
Help track campaign revenue and financial KPIs to support accurate reporting and billing
Monitor influencer pricing and multipliers for cost efficiency and flag any inconsistencies
Ensure accurate documentation of offers, deliverables, and proof of posting for audit readiness
Support internal teams with staffing insights and resource allocation across campaigns
Manage campaign setup, user access, and financial tracking within our internal platform, Zed
Paid Media Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of paid media strategies that complement influencer campaigns
Analyze campaign performance data, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization
Help manage the lifecycle of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
Monitor digital advertising budgets and performance to maximize ROI
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure integrated, cohesive campaign delivery
Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to inform media tactics
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital media, or campaign execution
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
Analytical and detail-oriented with a knack for both numbers and process
Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, and campaign documentation
Effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative, remote team environment
Experience in influencer marketing, ad tech, or media planning
Tools You’ll Use
