BNY is seeking an Operations Analyst to support account opening, maintenance and closures within custody and accounting platforms. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, the role combines data retrieval, validation, and procedural review with project-based work.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in operations or analysis, an associate degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Enjoy a hybrid role with four days onsite per week.

Job Summary

This role supports key operational functions impacting the account opening, maintenance, and closing processes within custody and accounting platforms. The qualified candidate will handle a mix of data retrieval and validation, procedural review and updates, and project-based assignments. Success in this role requires strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
