Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate in the Client Onboarding and Regulatory Data Services (CORDS) team to support client data across the lifecycle, oversee vendor activities, and coordinate post-account opening setups.

In Operations, the role collaborates with business units to uphold controls, manage client information, and maintain risk standards. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in client onboarding, operations, or regulatory data services.
• Ability to identify risks and drive process improvements.
• Strong relationship-building with internal stakeholders and teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to urgent requests.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and support process management and projects across systems and markets.
• Identify risks in day-to-day operations and contribute to improvements.
• Build relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and drive timely execution of solutions.
• Review vendor activities and ensure KRI/KPI targets are met.
• Handle ad hoc requests and reprioritize work to meet business needs.
