Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates in Salt Lake City is seeking an Entry Level Client Onboarding & Operations Analyst to join the Private Wealth Management Operations team. The role focuses on accurate onboarding, data integrity, and compliant client experiences in a regulated environment.

You will review client information, support onboarding, and work closely with advisor teams to ensure smooth setup and maintenance of client accounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience with client onboarding or wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate client account updates and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform AML/KYC due-diligence checks for new and existing accounts.
• Assist with onboarding including account features, online access, and setup needs.
• Coordinate with Private Wealth Advisor teams to gather information for onboarding and maintenance.
• Submit and track requests for account services and ensure proper data flow through internal systems.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and other Operations teams on issues.
• Suggest workflow improvements to enhance operations.
