Job summary

Corestream is seeking a Client Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing communications and campaigns that support voluntary benefit programs. You will coordinate timelines, approvals, and execution with internal teams and clients and leverage audience insights to improve engagement and enrollment outcomes.

The role requires strong organization and communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with digital/print marketing and CRM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Experience with digital and print marketing deliverables.
• Familiarity with Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Basic HTML knowledge a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on interpreting performance data, identifying opportunities, and improving results.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Account Managers on client marketing needs, coordinating deliverables and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify and develop new campaign and engagement opportunities.
• Manage numerous concurrent client campaigns, maintaining detailed tracking and ensuring deadlines and approvals are met.
• Support the execution and reporting of digital and print marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and educational materials.
• Collect, proof, and update marketing content (no heavy copywriting required).
• Maintain accurate project notes and updates within shared tracking systems.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, review results to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities to improve engagement and enrollment outcomes.
• Review marketing and campaign data to identify opportunities to refine communications based on audience behavior, performance trends, and client or product needs.
• Help develop more targeted communications by applying audience personas, segmentation, personalization, and messaging tailored to employees’ needs and interests.
• Recommend and support tests or optimizations—such as targeted language, content variations, and communication timing to improve campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance results.

Job description

As a Client Marketing Coordinator, you’ll manage marketing communications and campaigns that support Corestream’s wide range of voluntary benefit programs. You’ll act as a key liaison between our internal teams, and clients—overseeing campaign timelines, approvals, and execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Beyond coordinating execution, you’ll help turn campaign data and audience insights into more targeted communications—identifying opportunities to improve relevance, engagement, and enrollment outcomes. This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.

Location

• Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!
