Job summary

Hylant is seeking a marketing support role to aid the client marketing team with accurate analytics for new business creation. You will learn and adopt servicing tools, prepare client proposals and respond to inquiries while building relationships with internal and external clients.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and detail-oriented work, with travel as needed and the ability to obtain Life/Health licenses within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred in risk management/insurance or related field.
• Customer service experience preferred, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with ERISA, HIPAA and ACA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting, analysis and presentations.
• Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings and business functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

The Opportunity:

• Assist with preparation of various client proposals, presentations and deliverables.

• Research and provide updates to the team regarding market changes, competitiveness and new product options.

In This Role You Will Need:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, benefit, human resources or related field preferred.

Customer service experience, ideally within the insurance industry preferred.

Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as ERISA, HIPPA and ACA.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Passionate work ethic with desire to learn and grow.
