Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director to lead the Small Cap Investment Banking Coverage team, originating and executing M&A, equity and debt transactions for sponsors and strategic clients with $100M-$300M enterprise values.

You will collaborate with industry and product bankers to deliver integrated financial solutions, coach junior professionals and represent the firm at industry events to identify new opportunities and expand client mandates.

• Minimum of 10 years in a senior investment banking role with Emerging Middle Market experience.

As a Executive Director in our Small Cap Investment Banking Coverage team, you will assume a pivotal leadership role and will be responsible for driving strategic client engagement and delivering J.P. Morgan’s full suite of Investment Banking products including M&A, Equity, Debt, and other advisory services. Our Small Cap Investment Banking Group will focus on companies with sales revenues in the $100M-$200M or transactions with enterprise values between $100M- $300M. The Executive Director will report directly to the Head of the Small Cap Investment Banking Group and will be instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategy and client coverage in this segment.
