U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced professional to build and sustain relationships with Corporate Trust clients, ensuring the value of these partnerships.

You will work with business development staff to support new business conversations, identify risks, and drive process improvements while meeting revenue and expense goals. The role requires strong leadership, account management expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments.
• Thorough knowledge of trust operations and regulations.
• Ability to develop new business.
• Strong management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients to maximize value for the organization.
• Provide quality service by aligning actions with client needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with new business development staff to support conversations with clients.
• Identify risks and operational challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate operational changes within the unit and support staff development.
• Meet revenue, new business and expense goals as applicable.
• Assist in hiring, training, or supervising staff to meet objectives.
