  • Identify and pursue add-issue opportunities using Salesforce Reports in collaboration with Sales Representatives
  • Negotiate renewal rate relief and generate plan alternative options for clients
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on various insurance products and internal systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in mathematical concepts
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels
