TheClient Management Lead, DD&Iis aleadership opportunity for an experienced professional to manage, guide, and mentor the team of client managers for our Due Diligence & Investigations (DD&I) business. This role will oversee the DD&I Client Management team; be responsible for managing the client portfolio; and ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for each DD&I. The ideal candidate will embody a “player-coach” approach in their oversight of the Client Management team—both personally conducting and providing guidance to client managers on the following tasks: conducting client pitches and briefs; overseeing pricing and proposal generation; actively supporting business development for the DD&I unit; cross-, up-, and reselling to clients; providing guidance to clients on our services and findings; and ensuring our services meet client expectations.

Location: Washington, DC (in-person)
Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000 annualized
