Job summary

Marsh Agency offers a Client Management Internship for Summer 2027, with applications open through January 1, 2026. The program provides real-world business, risk management and insurance experience, plus mentoring and webinars to help you explore career options in the industry.

Interns will engage with a driven, entrepreneurial team and gain exposure across Marsh Agency’s client management activities while building a professional network and refining career skills for future full-time

Qualifications

• Commitment to developing a career in client management
• Strong interest in the Insurance Industry
• Undergraduate students that in the summer of 2027 will be rising seniors/4th year students
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Post-graduate geographic desires within the Mid-Atlantic Region

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world business, risk management and insurance experience.
• Work directly with Marsh Agency client management teams on internship projects.
• Develop professional skills through mentoring, webinars and networking opportunities.

You’ll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career. Marsh Agency’s internship program gives students the chance to find their interest and place in the insurance industry. Attendance throughout the entire program period is required.
