VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks a motivated Client Management Associate in Phoenix, AZ, starting in September 2026. The role begins with a comprehensive 12-week training program to prepare you to independently support client engagements as part of our Client Management team.

You will recruit new experts, vet candidates, coordinate client communications, and uphold compliance standards while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.
• Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts for our network and vet internal database to identify best candidates.
• Identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for specific projects.
• Coordinate client communications and organize meetings between experts and clients.
• Master compliance standards across various industry sectors and uphold integrity of engagements.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects and understand client needs.
• Engage with top professionals across industries to support informed decision-making and identify suitable experts for client projects.
