Job summary

Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Professional, Client Leadership to drive revenue growth and deepen client partnerships across Retail Media Networks. • Deep understanding of Retail Media Networks, including onsite, offsite, sponsored search, display, social, CTV, and in-store media solutions.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, media planning, campaign activation, measurement, and optimization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and innovative client solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis, with the ability to create compelling presentations, business cases, performance recaps, and executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

The Senior Professional, Client Leadership is a strategic Retail Media Network (RMN) leader responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening client partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor across Epsilon's data, technology, media, and retail media solutions. This role will act as a subject matter expert on the rapidly evolving retail media landscape, helping clients navigate onsite, offsite, sponsored search, social, CTV, display, and in-store media opportunities to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with clients, retailers, agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams, you will identify growth opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive performance. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, consultative selling, analytical expertise, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Compensation

Compensation Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $120,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
