Client Intake Specialist - Law Firm

Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Hybrid - Occasional Office Attendance Required)
Pay Rate: $25 - $31/hr (Direct Hire)

Role Overview

Vaco LA is partnering with a respected law firm in West Los Angeles to find a Client Intake Specialist to manage the intake process for new clients. This role is ideal for a professional, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in client intake within a legal or professional services setting. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options, but candidates must be local to Southern California for occasional in-office appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming potential client calls professionally and efficiently.
• Input and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Assist attorneys in collecting and verifying documentation needed to qualify leads.
• Schedule calls and consultations with qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client intake or a similar role.
• Prior experience in a law firm strongly preferred; professional services experience required.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry required.
• Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette a must.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
